Refund policy
- Treeble Toys focusses on customer delight right from product ordering to product usage & we believe our toys should bring a smile on every toddler as well as parents face.
- Since our toys are handmade by traditional artisans, they are free from manufacturing defects & are tested for quality & finish before we ship them to you.
- Note however that these products might have minor defects as they are made from natural wood & hand painted as well.
- Natural wood has natural shrinkage, swelling due to humidity, moisture content which can occur despite best manufacturing & quality procedures.
- If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt in original packaging & product tags.
- For initiating a return, please drop us a line with the product issue & return/exchange option to contact@treebletoys.com.
- Once a return/exchange is confirmed, please ship the product in original condition to below address: 103 Jasmine, Spring Valley, Magarpatta Road, Hadapsar, Pune 411028. (Landmark - Seasons Mall).
- We would process a refund in 7-8 business days once a product is received in original condition & original packaging.
